The construction of class schedules is an absolutely essential process in schools like FEUP.

In the early stages, this scheduling was done entirely manually, which led to significant time waste and high costs. Sometimes, rooms were double-booked, and a process manager had to resolve these conflicts.

With the implementation of Bullet Education Scheduling and Timetabling, FEUP achieved greater optimization of the entire scheduling process. What used to take over five months now takes less than a month, with final adjustments made in under a week.

We've been using Bullet software for two years and we are really impressed by the quality of the services and the overall positive experience. Due to the limited number of rooms and the complicated distribution of the teaching service at NOVA IMS, creating timetables was a difficult and time-consuming task.
